Environmental Permitting

Under Hungarian Government Decree No. 314/2005 (XII.25.), environmental impact assessments and integrated environmental permitting procedures are required for relevant activities and facilities, including their construction, operation, modification, or decommissioning. Regulatory Compliance Testing

  • Classification of waste for landfill: ‘A’ - inert, ‘B’ - non-hazardous, and ‘C’ - hazardous waste.
